Sebastian Perez Hoyos
Sebastian is the co-founder of Roots within Retreats. He's been marked by his family, especially his uncle, who's a medicine man in Colombia. The path of plant medicine is part of his lineage, and he's been walking this path for many years now with his family. He added yoga, ice immersion and breathwork to his practice for healing and its therapeutic benefits. The practice quickly evolved into a lifestyle that he honors, respects and is passionate about sharing. He co-created Roots Within as a community event to help connect to our roots and plant the right seeds.
Offerings

Guided Cacao Ceremonies
The Cacao Ceremonies are gentle, heart‑opening circles where we share ceremonial‑grade cacao with clear intention, guided meditation, and somatic practices to help you land fully in your body and heart.

Guided Rappeh Ceremonies
The guided rappeh Ceremonies are slow, and intentional 1:1 work each participant. This ceremonial tobacco‑based medicine has been passed on to me by my elders and its shared in a grounded, respectful way, with clear guidance, preparation, and integration support.

Breathwork & Ice Immersion
The Ice Immersion sessions combine Wim Hof breathing with guided cold exposure to help you regulate your nervous system, build inner resilience, and meet intensity in a safe, supported way with icaros and medicine music.
