My Story
My path began more than 15 years ago in Colombia, where I was introduced to mindfulness and began facilitating Sedona Method Release work. Since then, my approach has evolved at the intersection of social pedagogy, business psychology, and breathwork, with a focus on emotional intelligence, fear, and emotional self- and co-regulation.
At Roots Within, I guide men’s circles, lead workshops, and facilitate archetypal breathwork sessions that invite participants into deeper self-awareness, embodied presence, and expanded consciousness.
Alongside my retreat work, I am based in Berlin, where I develop mental health programmes for leaders and organisations and build psychosocial safety frameworks through Human Works LAB, with a focus on strengthening agency, coordination, and safer ways of working during change.
My work bridges trauma-sensitive practice, inner development, and emotionally intelligent leadership—helping people turn profound inner experiences into lasting change in how they relate to themselves, others, and the systems they are part of.
